We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Pat McGrath Labs. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location specified on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
